In this celebratory 16" x 20" colored pencil illustration from 2000, Fall captures John Elway's triumphant final NFL game as Super Bowl XXXIII MVP, achieving what he considered his most photo-realistic work to date. While learning digital design in college, he enhanced the piece with stadium lighting effects and custom typography, marking one of his final experiments with combining traditional and digital techniques before developing alternative traditional background solutions.
